 We also provide a Home Inspection Report Services. The service includes an accurate report on the condition of the premises to the seller, prospective buyer, tenant and/or landlord of the premises. The increasing pressure of the Consumer Protection Act enforced in the property industry has created the demand for an accurate measure to provide a record of the property prior to the change of possession of the property. The record of the general condition of the premises with potential flaws, defects in construction, maintenance issues, etc being noted and pointed out in the report for both parties to consider. The details to the condition of the property is therefore presented in a clear format for both parties to agree and accept the condition of the premises prior to the sale/rental agreement being concluded.

The unbiased and factual report will provide the seller/buyer/landlord/tenant to make an informed decision prior to agreeing to the contract . We are not affiliated to any building contractors and/or estate/rental agents and we therefore base our facts in the respective property in question. Each property is handled on its own surroundings, construction, design, function, age, layout, etc - the report is not designed as a checklist and/or to look for prospective work. We will identify the potential risk, defective workmanship/construction, incorrect building practices, non-compliance of National/Local Building Regulations, and maintenance issues to the premises. We also provide a solution to the problem/s identified with an estimate remedial cost thereof, and can furthermore assist in advice or project managing the work - due to the conflict of interest in identifying and rectifying the work, we refrain form any remedial work being contracted by ourselves.
